Helen is leading our work for Financial Services clients – using data-driven audience understanding to improve customer engagement, loyalty and ROI. Her successes recently include helping a large insurer re-target their SME insurance proposition; a high-profile brand advertising campaign to be more engaging and ‘sticky’; and a large bank moving beyond creative A/B testing and simple personas – towards a fact-based understanding into how high-value customers really choose financial products.

Helen has excellent knowledge from working with Insurers, Banks and Financial Services clients over a number of years, and brings her sound understanding of marketing needs within a regulated environment to our work in this sector.
